Jen graduated with a degree in Psychology and Government from California State University, Sacramento in 1995.  She earned her Holistic Health Practitioner Diploma, Nutritional Consultant Certificate, and Master Herbalist Certificate from the Global College of Natural Medicine in Santa Cruz, CA.

Jen completed Reiki I & II training in Ubud, Bali and her Reiki Master certification from Lightwork Seminars, Intl. in San Francisco, CA.  Combining her education, intrinsic energy, and passion for helping people, she began a private practice in San Francisco in 2007.  Jen joined the Faculty at The Global College of Natural Medicine where she spent three years.

Helping people, handcrafting jewelry, and facilitating retreats are Jen’s greatest joys.  Her travels expand Bali, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Europe, Canada, and much of the United States including Hawaii.
